#SamaraChat VIII: Sparking #cdnpoli

Samara Twitter Chat_Sparks

You’re invited to our eighth #SamaraChat, Wednesday, July 15th!

page#CitizenSparks is an election-year project all about showing how real people drive Canadian democracy. From now through October,Samara, Postmedia and Twitter Canada will challenge you to be political with weekly sparks to action. Check out the first week of sparks in the pages of the National Post (or find out more about this week's spark).

In the spirit of Sparks, we’ll be throwing a Twitter Chat all about sparking Canadian political culture.

We’d love for you to jump in on the chat and weigh in on questions like these:

  • What are the ingredients of a vibrant political culture? And what’s missing from the Canadian mix?
  • #CitizenSparks is one way to break down political barriers—what’s yours? How do you spark #cdnpoli?
  • When we talk politics, it’s usually pretty serious. How can we make democracy FUN?
  • What's political near you? Show us something in your community that has political significance. Make sure to include #CitizenSparks for your chance to be featured in the newspaper.
  • Do you have ideas for what future sparks should be in the pages of the Post? What do we need to see more of in #cdnpoli?

We look forward to seeing you at our eighth #SamaraChat!
