Kate is an alumna of the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference; she is contagiously passionate about the city of London and active in her community and local political life. She is an exemplary everyday political citizen because after a decade of diligently working for the city of London and serving on the Board of the Pillar jNonprofit Network, she has taken a courageous leap of faith and decided to seek the Ontario Liberal Party nomination in London North-Centre. Kate is driven to run for elected office because she believes that the provincial government needs great representatives who truly believe in their cities and continue to champion that cause. Through her work she realized that the decisions made at Queen’s Park have a profound impact on social, economic, political, cultural, and environmental well being of cities. Kate is determined to lead by example and proudly represent the city she loves.
