Nominator: Catherine McKenna, MP for Ottawa-Centre

Jasmine is a strong female leader, a top litigator, and a mother of four from Toronto. We met on twitter! Jasmine got excited about my campaign and reached out to help. She hosted a wonderful fundraiser for me with another friend. Incredibly, on the same day that Jasmine argued at the Supreme Court of Canada, she found the time to canvass with me in Ottawa Centre. Her passion and drive is simply inspiring!
